THE BRIEF

Launch a Cheese Festival, and increase brand awareness for a cheese-concept fastfood brand.

The Problem

Cheese Festivals can be boring. How are we going to execute a festival for our brand that would gain traction, and increase awareness of our brand positioning? Moreover, the festival should be ready by the next half of the month, while maintaining a small budget.

The Solution

A strategic approach in Creative, and Marketing to target cheese aficionados, food nerds, and experiencers, that will amplify the brand's positioning. The preparations for the festival also involved the team of each branch - we challenged them to create their signature dishes for the festival, creating a personal attachment between the crew, and the brand.

The Result

While the festival is only about to start we were able to finish the preparations for the festival, and being efficient with the given budget. The crew also gained an understanding of who they are crafting their dishes for, and how they can serve them better.
